How can you improve your living environment while spending less?
How can you become a car owner upon purchase of a home?
How can you benefit from a number of machines and services without damaging the environment?
In the current context of the energy crisis and a reduction in spending power, reconciling comfort, economy and conservation of the environment means that we must innovate. This is why HKA Finance, contractor since 1991, is launching a brand new housing concept: the Ecofaubourgs©. These programs for building in urban settings envisage housing, transport and services in order to best fight against global warming.
« Environmental conservation involves imagining new modes of life, explains V. Benchimol, inventor of the Ecofaubourgs©. The housing-transport association, creation of collective laundry mats or vegetable gardens are initiatives which allow the one to limit travel and avoid waste ».
Green housing
Meeting BBC regulations, the Ecofaubourgs© offer exceptionally low energy consumption thresholds (up to 50 kWh/m²/yr). Ecological, the favour natural minerals and renewable energy and offer their inhabitants a verdant living environment where gardens, orchards, vegetable gardens, roof gardens, etc. In order to reconcile comfort and energy efficiency, HKA Finance only works with well-renowned architects (Jacques Ferrier, Edouard François…).
Made-to-measure services
In order to promote a sustainable living environment, each program offers its inhabitants a large range of equipment and services. One of which is the autoshare system: each Ecofaubourg© home owner also becomes co-owner of a fleet of vehicles including hybrid cars, electric scooters, bicycles, etc. Economical and ecological, this service has a positive impact on car use, which it generally tends to limit. |
