Als Bauträgerin im Bereich des sozialen Wohnungsbaus seit September 1980 hat sich HKA zuerst für den Bau und die Sanierung von kleinen Wohnhäusern im Stadtzentrum entschieden, um die Nähe der Dienstleistungsangebote (Geschäfte, Schulen, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, etc.) und die sozialen Netze in der Umgebung auszunutzen.
Seither hat HKA zahlreiche Fabriken in Lofts und Geschäftslokale in Wohnungen verwandelt, und dabei Wohnprogramme mit Charakter und Prestige realisiert. Insgesamt wurden zwischen 3300 und 3600 Wohnungen direkt gebaut, wovon 40% in den Bereich des sozialen Wohnungsbaus fielen. Folgendes Prinzip nimmt sich HKA zu Herzen: ein offenes Ohr für die Erwartungen des Marktes haben und dabei gleichzeitig die Veränderungen in der Gesellschaft mit einbeziehen.
Dieses Engagement unsererseits hat zur Erfindung der Ecofaubourgs© geführt. Die Wohnumgebung hat einen wichtigen Einfluss auf den Menschen und die Umwelt. Deshalb bieten die Ecofaubourgs© mehr als herkömmliche Wohnprojekte: Sie bieten einen Lebensstil, der Wohlbefinden und Umweltschutz miteinander vereint.

Maître d’ouvrage dans le logement social dès septembre 1980, HKA a d’abord opté pour la construction ou la réhabilitation de petits immeubles en centre urbain, afin de privilégier la proximité des services (commerces, écoles, transports, etc.) et les liens sociaux.
Depuis, nous avons transformé plusieurs usines en lofts, locaux d’activités en logements, et réalisé des programmes de caractère et de prestige. Au total, ce sont entre 3300 et 3600 logements qui ont été directement réalisés, dont 40% pour le logement social. Avec ce principe : être à l’écoute des attentes du marché et des évolutions de la société.

As a property developer working in the field of social domestic construction since September of 1980, HKA first focused on the construction and rehabilitation of small residential buildings in urban centers in order to profit from the proximity of services (such as stores, schools, public transportation, etc.) and social networks.
