As a property developer working in the field of social domestic construction since September of 1980, HKA first focused on the construction and rehabilitation of small residential buildings in urban centers in order to profit from the proximity of services (such as stores, schools, public transportation, etc.) and social networks.

Since then, HKA has converted factories into lofts, business offices into apartments and has launched housing programs with character and prestige. Altogether, between 3300 and 3600 apartments have been constructed up until today, 40% of which in the social housing sector. The driving idea behind our construction is the combination of having a sympathetic ear for the expectations of the market and tracking closely the evolution of society.
